The staff, authorisations and working principles of Esenlik OSGB.
Esenlik OSGB was founded in 2011 in Ümraniye, Istanbul by a team of safety specialists and workplace physicians. Today, with offices in six provinces, 62 specialists and physicians and services to 1,450 workplaces, it operates in industry, construction, food, logistics and retail.
Our authorisation and scope
Under the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and related regulations we are a joint health and safety unit authorised by the Ministry. Our class A, B and C safety specialists, workplace physicians and other health personnel serve workplaces in the low-hazard, hazardous and very hazardous classes.
How we work
- A named specialist and physician are assigned to each workplace; changes are notified in writing
- The monthly visit plan is shared at the start of the year and visit notes are uploaded to the portal
- Legally required documents (risk assessment, emergency plan, training records, annual plan) are prepared within the scope
- Work accident, near-miss and occupational disease records are analysed and preventive actions proposed
Our values
