A legal risk assessment report that identifies, scores and ties all workplace hazards to a control plan.
From 6,500 TRY (up to 25 employees)
Risk assessment is the most fundamental OHS document that employers are obliged to prepare. It covers identifying hazards, scoring risk, and planning and monitoring control measures. The report must be signed by a team of the employer, specialist, physician, worker representative and support staff.
How we do it
- Hazard identification through site observation, worker interviews and past accident records
- Scoring using the Fine-Kinney method (probability × frequency × severity)
- Assigning a responsible person, date and control measure (elimination, substitution, engineering, administrative, PPE) to each risk
- Calculating the residual risk score after controls
When is it renewed?
It is renewed every 6 years in low-hazard, 4 in hazardous and 2 in very hazardous workplaces. It is updated without waiting for that period after new machinery, raw materials, process changes or an accident. For a workplace of up to 25 employees the report is delivered in five to seven working days.
What you receive
The report consists of a hazard inventory, risk score table, control plan and signature page. A PDF and an editable Excel file are uploaded to the portal; when an update is needed the work continues from the existing file.
Scope of service
- Fine-Kinney scoring
- Control measure plan
- Team-signed legal report
