Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Esenlik Ortak Sağlık ve Güvenlik Birimi A.Ş. (Alemdağ Cad. No: 186, Ümraniye / İstanbul). This notice fulfils our duty to inform you about how personal data collected through our website and communication channels is processed.
Data processed and purposes
- Identity and contact data (name, phone, email): responding to enquiries, quotes, bookings and applications
- Customer transaction data (orders, payments, booking history): forming and performing contracts, invoicing
- Security data (IP address, cookie records): information security and measuring site performance
- Marketing data: campaign and newsletter messages only where you have given explicit consent
- Health data (special category): pre-employment and periodic examination results are processed by the workplace physician under the duty of medical confidentiality and only to the extent permitted by law; the employer is told only the decision 'fit / restricted / unfit'
Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5 of KVKK on the grounds of forming or performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interest and explicit consent.
Transfers and retention
Your data may be shared with authorised public bodies where legally required, with business partners to the extent needed to deliver the service, and with cloud and email infrastructure providers. Data is kept for the periods set by the relevant legislation and then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion and object to processing. Send your request to kvkk@esenlikosgb.com.tr or in writing to our address; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
