Frequently asked questions
How do I know which hazard class I am in?
Your workplace's NACE code is looked up in the list in the Ministry of Labour and Social Security's Hazard Classes Communiqué. If you send us your SGK workplace registry number we confirm your class.
What are the contract term and cancellation terms?
The contract is for at least one year. Under the regulations, when changing provider the workplace record is closed via ISG-KATİP; you can leave with 30 days' written notice.
Does the price change if headcount grows?
Yes; when the package range is exceeded you move to the next package. For seasonal increases we quote extra time for the period.
